PLA Media Welcomes Newest Client, Irish Country Singer Bernadette

Not the Same Me CDAward-winning public relations and marketing firm PLA Media is pleased to announce the addition of Irish songstress, Bernadette. She is joined alongside PLA’s many accomplished clients including Billboard Country Songwriter of the Year Phil Vassar, Grammy winner country artist Bryan White, the multiple award winning Johnny Cash Museum, the recently opened critically acclaimed Tina Turner Museum and Billboard chart topper Ashton Shepherd.

Bernadette's windy path has traversed the ocean, spanned the U.S. and come to rest in Nashville, Tennessee. Music City is all the richer for it. She moved to Nashville in the early 90’s sharing her music with fans for over a decade. An unexpected personal tragedy derailed her music career; however, through that tragedy, Bernadette has created her most heart-felt album yet. She is eager to reveal her experiences and strength through the melodic harmonies she was able to hone reminiscent of her childhood in Ireland.

This Rachael Records recording artist has recently released her third album entitled, “Bernadette…Not The Same Me.” Bernadette co-produced this album with John Mock, it is a collaboration of traditional country with a splash of Irish favorites. Bernadette’s 16 track album showcases her versatility and robust throaty vocals. Ranging from the tune, “Nickels and Dimes” coined by country legend Dolly Parton to the classic Irish tune, “Rose of Allendale” featuring the powerhouse vocals of Grammy nominated Maura O’Connell and the hauntingly beautiful, “Life After Life” which offers a glimpse into Bernadette’s personal life and loss.

“Bernadette… Not The Same Me” is available on iTunes, Amazon and other online music retailers.

Dan Harr, Music News Nashville

“Every year on March 17th, the Irish and the Irish-at-heart across the globe observe St. Patrick’s Day. What began as a religious feast day for the patron saint of Ireland has become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, dancing, special foods and a whole lot of green.

Irish country singer, Bernadette, might have left the majestic isles of Ireland two decades ago to grace Music City with her presence; however, her rich heritage is still a strong influence on her life and music.”  Read More
